1st. Street & 3rd. Street on the Promenade in Downtown Long Beach. 
Gates open @ 6pm - 12:30am. This event is 21 and over! There will be 7 bands 
on 2 stages! A Descending ball directly into the event from one of Long Beach's 
tallest buildings! A full scale Carnival w/games and food & beverage vendors from 
1st. To 3rd. Streets! Beer, wine and nonalcoholic beverages will also be available  in the Venue.
