Walter Trout and the Radicals
finished the UK leg of their European tour with a concert promoted by Pete
Feenstra (who promotes concerts at the Rayners Hotel amongst many
other venues) who has personally promoted Walter since he first played the
UK for him at the end of the 80's. This show was a special end of UK tour
concert and the night opened up with Walter's young protégée Danny
Bryant's RedEyeBand and followed by Norweigan blues guitar virtuoso Peer
Gynt who toured throughout the September and October with Walter
Trout and the Radicals. The night was hot and sweaty, and as Walter keeps
reminding us "if you are not not and sweaty, you can't be doing it
right!" It was a fantastic end to the UK tour.

WALTER
TROUT and THE RADICALS will come into the studio on September 15th to record
live for BluePower. This will be broadcast via the web on November 1st
2002.
Walter Trout, California's amazing Bluesman, has agreed to do a live
recording for BluePower on September 15th. Walter Trout is one of the
world's finest Blues performers, drawing thousands of fans in Europe and
now rapidly becoming a huge draw in the USA. Currently signed to RUF
RECORDS, Walter has agreed to do a live, one hour show exclusively for the
BluePower Hour.
Last time Walter did a show for BluePower the page hits were well over
500,000 with 2000 unique listeners per day.
Stay tuned for updates as to when the Walter Trout show will air.
BluePower is extremely fortunate to have Mr. Trout and his terrific band
do another show.
