My name is Phil, aka the “Crazy Tape Guy!” I’m proud to be working with Walter and Marie again, helping fulfill orders for the U.S. Store. If you’ve ever ordered a product from the store, you probably know exactly what I mean by the “Crazy Tape Guy.” I’m certainly not as creative as MacGyver—if you’re old enough to remember the original series—but I have always admired his love of silver duct tape almost as much as I love my packing tape!

 I have followed Walter’s career for more than 35 years. Around 2016, I had the pleasure of working with Marie and Walter, handling web store shipping orders to fans around the world. So, when Marie asked if I would be willing to take on the U.S. Web Store, I was ecstatic to jump at the opportunity to once again be part of Team Trout. I have always been a strong supporter of small businesses because they value the personal connection that comes with providing exceptional service to the customers.
